Does FedEx accept these automatically generated reports?
Yes, we currently do IVMRs for over 1500 FedEx Ground trucks and haven't had an issue.
What happens if FedEx returns a gallons exception or variance based on your IVMRs?
We will fix it. Send us the issue they send you and we will take care of it.
Do we have to install additional hardware in our trucks?
No. We connect to your existing in-cab Telematics systems and use the data it generates to create your IVMRs.
What if my in-cab telematics unit fails?
If the in-cab GPs fails the driver will need to start keeping paper IVMRs. If the device isn't reporting GPS data we are unable to create your reports.
How do we get started?
Start by signing up here. We will then need three things to get you started:
- Telematics login information to setup integration
- The last date and odometer you turned into FedEx for each of your trucks
- A credit card for billing

Just give us a call or send an email. We don't have contracts, so you can cancel anytime you need to.
